Terms of sale and use

These terms apply when you use Plumbline Workspace or buy a licence from Plumblines Tech.

Licence

• A licence lets you use Plumbline Workspace on up to 3 of your own devices, on Windows and Android, for as long as it's active.
• Keys are for you (or your household). Please don't share them publicly or resell them.
• You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the apps, except where the law allows it.

Free trial

New devices can try Plumbline free for 14 days. On Windows no card is needed. On Android, the trial is a Google Play offer: if you don't cancel before it ends, your subscription starts automatically.

Plans and payment

• Monthly (CA$3.99 / month) renews every month until you cancel.
• Yearly (CA$24.99 / year): on Windows, a single payment for one year; on Android, renews every year until you cancel.
• Windows purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record; Android purchases by Google Play. Their terms also apply to the payment. Taxes are added where required.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

If Plumbline isn't working for you, contact us through the support form within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it. Google Play purchases can also be refunded through Google Play within its refund window. A refunded key stops working.

Your files

Your documents belong to you and stay on your device. If your licence ends, your files remain ordinary files you can open in other apps. Please keep backups of important work.

No warranty

We work hard to make Plumbline reliable, but it's provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Price changes don't affect a period you've already paid for, and subscribers are told in advance.
